Dewberry Engineers, d/b/a Dewberry | Bowyer-Singleton, is seeking a Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study Project Manager for the Orlando office. This is an excellent opportunity for the candidate to build a PD&E practice within a well established firm.
Primary responsibility is the successful management of FDOT PD&E Studies for transportation projects throughout the State.
Coordinate with FDOT as well as consultants, FHWA, permitting agencies, utility companies, local governments, MPO’s, business and residential organizations.
Support effective public involvement during the PD&E process.
Attend public and project meetings and provide input to ensure proper policies, procedures, and specifications are followed.
Prepare project documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10+ years of applicable experience.
NEPA experience including Environmental Impact Statements, Categorical Exclusions, and Environmental Assessments.
Experience with FDOT (non-Federal) procedures, including State Environmental Impact Reports.
