David L. Hirschfeld Department of Engineering at Angelo State University, is seeking a dynamic person to join our team building this new program. We are an Hispanic Serving Institution and member of the Texas Tech University System. The program is in its second academic year and currently has 125 majors. We expect to seek ABET accreditation for the program in fall 2018. The successful candidate should have experience in transportation planning/design and must be able to work collaboratively to build an integrated, broad-based civil engineering curriculum. This is a fulltime tenure/tenure track, nine-month, position with additional summer 2017 appointment.
