We have an immediate opening for a Concrete Restoration Project Manager/Engineer with professional experience in restoration, renovation, and rehabilitation of concrete structures such as stadiums, water treatment plants, parking structures, etc. to join our Diagnostics Group, in one of our eight Diagnostics offices.
In this position, the qualified individual will perform structural assessments of existing facilities, design structural repairs and modifications, and prepare technical reports and drawings. Additionally the qualified individual will take personal responsibility for projects, meet with clients and other stakeholders, and manage project deadlines and profitability.
Specific Job Responsibilities will include:
Lead projects with team of internal consultants
Assist Senior Project Managers with project tasks
Perform project management duties
Facilitate client meetings
Prepare technical presentations for client meetings
Prepare proposals for new project pursuits
Write assessment reports
Perform field investigations, including the use of non-destructive testing techniques, travel required
Analyze proposed repair/design options
Develop opinions of probable construction costs
Formulate life cycle analysis for repair options
Design and draft repair drawings and details
Prepare construction documents such as repair drawings and specifications
Observe construction and installation of repairs/designs in the field
Prepare site visit reports and meeting minutes
Interact with project clients, sub-consultants, and repair contractors
5+ years experience in assessment, investigation, and restoration repair design of parking structures.
Professional engineering licensure.
Proficient with typical distress mechanisms in cast-in-place conventionally reinforced, post-tensioned and precast concrete.
Knowledge of waterproofing repairs.
M.S. in Civil Engineering
Experience managing and selling concrete restoration services.
Demonstrated strength in providing excellent customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A sound technical background and excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

Strong technical, written and verbal communication
Strong analytical skills for the assessment, analysis and design of structural systems
Ability to multi-task, work in a team environment, and meet tight deadlines
