About the Job

Antero Group is seeking a talented and highly motivated project manager with various skills. The selected candidate will work with multidisciplinary teams to oversee various civil engineering projects such as: residential, commercial, and industrial site development, roadway design, stormwater modeling, capital improvement projects, green infrastructure, and others.


This opportunity allows the selected candidate to work as part of a broad national team with offices in Chicago, Denver, and Dallas-Fort Worth area. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Provide project management support on various civil engineering projects, including:

  • Civil engineering plan review
  • Facilitate job production
  • Effective communication skills for working with personnel, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
  • Report writing
  • Technical writing
  • Staff management
  • Budget and schedule management
  • Colleague mentoring
  • Business development support



  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and has a strong grasp of civil engineering methods, tools, and processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • 8-10 years of civil engineering experience
  • Professional Engineer License, or ability to obtain

Required Skills and Experience

  • Excellent project/time management skills
  • A desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible work environment
  • Ability to manage multiple long-term projects and immediate tasks concurrently
  • Ability to work well on teams and individually
