Project Engineer - Community Development

Under general supervision the Engineer will perform duties in support of the City in private and public construction projects by performing technical review of design plans, site plans, and supporting material that have been submitted to the City to ensure compliance with standards and codes that the city has developed. Meets with developers, engineers, and city staff throughout the design and development process. Periodically performs field investigation related to ongoing projects or public safety issues, and assists the general public with engineering related issues.
