North Denver Civil Engineering Firm specializing in land development disciplines is seeking a motivated Project Manager with 10 years minimum experience with P.E. license to join our team. Innovative Land Consultants is a full service civil engineering consulting firm established in 2009. Our expertise is master planned residential communities but our portfolio also includes golf course communities, commercial projects, water resource projects, roadway projects, and municipal infrastructure improvements. Joining the ILC team includes a casual work environment with flexible schedule, a great benefits package along with team building lunches and events. Salary is based on individual experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Coordinates with the client and municipality to make sure submittals are within schedule and budget
  • Schedule and supervise internal teams
  • Reviews final plans for quality assurance/quality control
  • Utilizes AutoCAd Civil 3D for creating, grading and designing
  • Drainage & storm sewer analysis
  • Sanitary & Water system analysis
  • Floodplain design
  • Manages project files 
  • Prepares reports 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 10 years minimum work experience with P.E. Required
  • Experience/Knowledge in AutoCAD Civil 3D a must
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem solving skills
  • Leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a team environment
  • Abilities to train/teach Interns and Civil Engineers
  • Time management to meet deadlines for staying on budget and schedule for client projects
  • Microsoft Office Software
