Geotechnical Engineer

PanGEO, Inc., a Seattle-based geotechnical engineering firm, is seeking two geotechnical engineers, 0 to 15 years of experience.  The ideal candidates should have the following minimum qualifications:

• Must possess a minimum of a BS (MS or PhD preferred) in Geotechnical/Civil Engineering
• Experience/knowledge with seismic site-specific ground response analysis preferred for one of the positions
• Effective oral and written communication skills with diverse groups including owners, engineers, architects and contractors
• The ability to work as part of a team in an open office environment and independently in the field, follow instructions, and accept constructive feedback
• The ability to traverse uneven and steep terrain
• Comfortable working outdoors around heavy earthwork equipment and traffic in all weather conditions
• A valid Washington State driver's license and  a personal vehicle
