Lead Civil Engineer

We're working in partnership with a specialist start up, who after their first successful pilot program are looking to bolster their civil engineering team. Because they're a start up it means that they'll also offer a share options scheme.

They've been going for just over five years now, the business designs and builds mechanical energy storage solutions to be used in old mine shafts.

There's an opportunity to get involved with some really innovative and more importantly proven technology here, working for start ups isn't for everybody so a keen interest in carbon free solutions will have you loving the day to day job.

Now on to you - You'll be a chartered civil engineer, ideally with experience in the mining industry who has experience of both hands on design and project management. This role will include some people management so experience of leading teams would be a big benefit.

It'll be absolutely essential that you've worked in the design and analysis of foundation structures, but more or less everything else is negotiable.
