An exciting opportunity has arisen in a high-profile Engineering and Architectural Consultancy firm in the Middle East who are looking for a strong Civil/Structural Site Engineer to represent the company within their multidisciplinary team. The firm covers markets such as architectural, structural, master planning, MEP, cost engineering and construction management and they provide a high level of technical and design solutions to organisations all over the Middle East. The Consultancy has been established for many years and their goal is to continue to offer a high quality design and build solutions to their clients. They are considered one of the best in their class within architecture and working for this company will offer an excellent opportunity for a strong Site Senior Civil/Structural Engineer who wants to be challenged and utilise their creative and technical talents.


* Monitor the construction activities in relation to civil/structural works on a large housing development and infrastructure works including and airfield/runway development.

* Ensure compliance of specifications, standards and codes of practice

* Review site generated data in respect to civil/structural works

* Ensure materials and specifications are approved or rejected

* Ensure the project and quality plan is being implemented

* Monitor and ensure all risks are identified and action risk mitigation

* Health and safety is a key element to this role

* Liaison with PM in order to monitor site progress

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and chartership would also be an advantage.

* You will have a minimum of 5 years

* You will be required to join the Saudi Council of Engineering membership or equivalent.

* It is essential that you offer excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as there will be a large level of communication required at all levels.

* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

* Ability to work in a team environment.
