Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer

SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

We are currently looking for a talented and motivated Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our clients' team in London. This role could suit either somebody that is currently working as an Engineer and looking for a step up or somebody that has already established themselves in the role.

What does the role involve?

• Design and detailing of civil engineering schemes, feasibility studies, calculations, detailing, modelling, inspections, surveys and reports.
• Management and delivery of projects within cost, time, profitability and quality requirements.
• Obtaining third party approvals, liaising with clients, other professionals and the public.
• Supervising and training employees with less experience, skills or qualifications.

You will work on a wide variety of types of projects in all major sectors and will have the ability to gain a wide range of experience to stretch your skills and develop your career.

To be successful in this role?

You will have excellent design skills and be able to competently undertake computer based analysis and have knowledge and understanding of UK Codes of Practice, Design Standards, Building Regulations and Health and Safety. You will also have a degree in Engineering and will be either chartered of near chartered with the Institutions of Civil Engineers.

We require experience of using Microdrainage and obtaining approvals for section agreements, including S104, S38 and S278, as well as excellent communication and prioritisation skills to ensure achievement of various deadlines.
