2Fawcett are recruiting for a Senior Civil Engineer to join a business based in Nottingham on a full time, permanent basis.
The Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Civil Engineer
- Production of drainage appraisals and designs from concept to detailed design, including the production of S104 drawings
- Flood Risk Assessments to NPPF
- Cut and Fill and External Level design.
- Attending meetings and representing the company
- Drafting of NBS Specifications
- Highway Design to Adoptable Standards, including the completion of S38 and S278 drawings
- Competent in the use of Microdrainage, PDS and AutoCAD
- Managing own projects and producing own designs
- Financial control of the design process and managing staff
Requirements of the Civil Engineer
- Chartered or near-chartered Civil Engineer
- Happy to travel
- Able to work as part of a team
- Must have a full UK driving licence
