Project Manager / Contracts Manager - Groundworks & Civil Engineering London & South East
Our client is an established and respected general Civil Engineering sub-contractor operating across London, the South East and as far up as the Midlands.
Civils packages undertaken include general groundworks, earthworks & site remediation, general infrastructure / foundations & external works primarily on warehousing, retail / supermarkets and data centre schemes and individual project values can range from £1m - £30m
The need now exists for an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Manager to join the established delivery team. Their head office is in Kent but this role will require a reasonable amount of travelling given their wide geographical coverage and you will be required to manage between 2 4 projects simultaneously (depending on size and complexity)
The ideal candidate will have a stable work history and must be able to demonstrate experience with similar civils sub-contractor
Our client is able to offer this role on a PAYE or Self Employed basis both option would be plus travel / car and bonus
