Senior Engineer - Construction

A leading developer is seeking an experienced senior engineer to join their team in West London.
The project is a major residential scheme, consisting of over 400 units in 3 RC frame towers up to 30 storey high. The project will also include commercial units and community amenities.
As as senior engineer your duties will include:

• Managing the two engineers on site
• Managing a £12m package, including piling, substructure & superstructure
• QA
• Chairing weekly meetings
• Ensuring H&S is followed
• Some temporary works

To be considered for the senior engineer role you must:

• Have a CSCS, SMSTS & First aid
• Main contractor or developer experience, preferably coming from a company such as; Ballymore, Berkeley or Barratt
• Longevity with previous employers
• Package management experience
