We are seeking InstallationSurveyingEngineersto join our Social Housing team covering London and the South East and are looking for people who are passionate about driving change and meeting our company values.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform primary heating measure surveys, to include Gas and/or Renewable Technologies such as Air Source Heat Pump
  • Complete technical assessments maintaining safe work delivery for your region and provide information updates as required
  • Design heating systems to meet customer, business & regulatory requirements in line with Gas Safe and MCS for Renewable Technologies
  • Operate information systems to the required standard to maintain accurate and secure records
  • Take first line responsibility for the safe, efficient and effective installation work delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical support, coaching and advice to customers about improving their energy efficiency plus measures
  • To enable the delivery of the highest standards of quality, efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction and to deliver to business and personal KPIs to increase profitability
  • Operate information systems to the required standard to maintain accurate and secure records
  • Help facilitate the delivery of a seamless customer experience
  • UpholdPH JonesandBritish Gascompany standards at all times

  • Gas Safe Registered - Essential (Hold a valid in date ACS qualification)
  • MCS Registered - Desirable
  • ASHP accredited - Desirable
  • EPC trained - Desirable
  • Must hold a valid in date driving licence with no more than 6 points
  • Must have the right to work in the UK

Experience & Skills:
  • Experience of surveying properties and installing heating systems or similaracross a range of fuel types
  • Computer literacy in order to operate technical packages on a daily basis
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and knowledge assertively, whilst demonstrating empathy with customers and colleagues
  • Must have the ability to work flexibly to meet customer expectations
  • High level of competence in the safe operation of equipment
  • Fully conversant with best practice in relation to safety and compliance
  • Ability to work to challenging targets and timescales
  • Initiative to settle customer problems.
  • Ability to prioritise deliverables and plan accordingly.
