Preferred Requirements

• Design experience in variety of sectors: commercial, residential, industrial and educational
• 8+ years of experience in structural/civil engineering
• Have design experience and structural analysis skills in all common structural materials including steel, concrete, timber and masonry
• Be proficient in relevant engineering design software (AutoCAD)
• Be able to manage numerous projects, allocate resources to meet deadlines and liaise with clients
• Manage a team of project engineers and technicians accordingly
• Confidently represent the company at meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
• Be a positive team member
• Write accurate reports and project documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Chartered (or working toward chartership status)
