Preferred Requirements
- Design experience in variety of sectors: commercial, residential, industrial and educational
- 8+ years of experience in structural/civil engineering
- Have design experience and structural analysis skills in all common structural materials including steel, concrete, timber and masonry
- Be proficient in relevant engineering design software (AutoCAD)
- Be able to manage numerous projects, allocate resources to meet deadlines and liaise with clients
- Manage a team of project engineers and technicians accordingly
- Confidently represent the company at meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
- Be a positive team member
- Write accurate reports and project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Chartered (or working toward chartership status)
