I have an exciting role available for a Principal Civil Engineer to join a Transport and Civil Engineer Consultancy in Central London.

You will be part of a civil engineering team of 5 and will be managing the technical delivery of projects in a variety of sectors. You will report in to the team leader who is mainly client and business development focussed. Your role will be centred around managing the other more junior members of the team and delivering work.

You must have experience in the design of S278 and S38 works as well as drainage design. You should be an excellent communicator and be experienced in managing other engineers as well as having a strong technical background.

Experience in design software such as Flow or Microdrainage and Civil 3D is import for the role. You will still be hands on as well as checking the design work of junior engineers. Chartership is preferable but not essential.

The company have a great office space in London and another office in Surrey. They cover Transport Planning as well as Civil Engineering and so there is plenty of collaborative working.
