Highways Engineer (Civil 3D)

My award winning client is a medium sized civil structuring company who, due to securing a number of long-term prestigious projects are looking for senior highway design engineers to help assist with providing their first class service.
As an ambitious engineer, you will be responsible for designing elements of significant highway infrastructure projects with values ranging from £50million for smaller projects to multi-million pound regenerations.

You be involved with, or lead, various day to day duties which may include (but not limited to);
* Scheme investigation, site inspections, data collection and analysis, works/construction inspections and supervision to progress scheme design, development and construction.
* Developing highway designs in accordance with the DMRB using AutoCAD or Civils 3D.
* Production of technical reports as required.
* Management of work packages with scope to move up to managing small schemes.
* Client liaison as necessary to deliver the schemes/projects.
* Mentoring and supervising the output of junior staff.
To be considered for this role you must have:
* Proven design experience within UK highways
* AutoCAD / Civil3D experience
* Chartered or actively working towards Chartership
* Must be a UK resident
Remote working is operational at the moment, with the view to slowly increase partial visits to the office to potentially 2-3 days a week, dependant on the project, (and candidate), requirements.
