Geotechnical / Geo Environmental Engineer - Stafford

A top tier Ground Engineering Contractor are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Geotechnical Engineer to support a major land regeneration project in Staffordshire.

Suitable candidates will demonstrate experience supervising geotechnical site investigations, ideally on major construction sites. We are looking for candidates with an excellent academic background, preferred subject areas include Engineering Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Geoscience or Geochemistry.

Typical Duties:

• Intrusive Geotechnical site investigation supervision
• Factual reporting, preparation of method statements and validation reports
• Logging of soil and rock in accordance with British Standards
• Supervision of sub-contractors

This position offers a great opportunity to remain fixed on one site and help deliver a multidisciplinary project.
