Commercial Manager - Civil Engineering

We are working with a successful main civil engineering contractor to source a Commercial Manager with extensive experience of civils, specifically highways schemes, to join their Major Projects Division.
Your first role with the business will be to close out a multi million pound scheme in the West Midlands. The job is a design and build contract to replace a major junction on the M6 and is due for completion in April. The contract is NEC3 (C) and it is thought that you'll need to spend a minimum of 3 days per week on site with the availability to work from home for the rest of the time if needed.
Following on from this you will either be assigned another scheme in the portfolio or will be asked to help out with some large tenders that will be going in before the end of 2022. This will be based from offices in Warrington. They bid on jobs throughout the UK so this could result in some travel down the line although they are successful at winning work in the North West.
