The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Structural Engineer to join our team at our central London office (St Pauls) to work on the design of some of the most exciting and prestigious construction projects in the UK and internationally.

As part of our established team of expert engineers and technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will lead a project team in delivering projects including the preparation of detailed structural calculations, specifications and drawing packages. This will involve all structural materials, and use of appropriate software.

You will work across a variety of sectors such as Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Retail, Residential, Sports and Leisure, and will have the opportunity over time to assume greater levels of responsibility and autonomy as your professional skills continue to develop.
The Skills
A chartered structural engineer (CEng or equivalent), you will be accredited with a degree in structural or civil engineering and will have gained significant practical design experience of structural engineering within a multi-disciplinary international consultancy environment, and an accomplished level of relevant hands-on skills in advanced structural analysis and essential structural analytical software such as Tekla and Tedds.

Awareness/knowledge of advanced computational design and visual programming approaches and tools for structural engineering, such as grasshopper is highly desirable.

In your career to-date, you have demonstrated a solid track record in structural engineering design, including previous experience of working on either medium or large sizes projects. You are proficient in designing in all types of common structural materials and forms and have proven experience leading projects and interacting and developing good relationships with clients.
