Orpington
A Structural and Civil Engineering Partner level candidate is sought to join the buildings division of this leading multi-disciplined construction and property consultancy. They provide a definitive range of services to the UK building and construction industry covering chartered building & quantity surveying, project management, architecture & master planning, civil & structural engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering, sustainability and health & safety.
You should be Chartered MICE or MIStructE, with experience of leading the design for schemes of over 40m in value. Experience with new build and refurbishment projects is essential.
The role will include hands on design, surveys and reports, business development, team and client development and management, fee bids, design programming, financial management and technical proposals. You should be proficient in the design and analysis software and able to sell multi-disciplinary consultancy services.
You should live within sensible commuting distance of Orpington.
Benefits include holiday from 24 days + bank holidays, rising with length of service, excellent pension, life assurance, normal hours 9-5pm.
