Senior Structural Engineer

GM Global Recruitment Ltd are working with a large engineering consultants who due to continued expansion are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join their Building Structures team in Aberdeen.

* A Senior Engineer who is experienced at leading projects with a track record of design supervison.

* Certifier of Design (SER) is preferable or be willing to achieve this once chartered for 5 years.

* Chartered or near Chartered status, either ICE or IStructE

* Able to demonstrate project design experience in either Commercial, Healthcare or Residential sectors.

* Involvement with bid preperations and submissions.

* Work closely with Architects, Contractors and Clients as required.

* Review design calculations and technical reviews.

* Involvement in mentoring junior staff including career development reviews.
