This is an exciting opportunity for a Structural Engineer with a minimum of 2 years' experience, to join an expanding, diverse and thriving multi-disciplinary consultancy. You will become part of a welcoming and supportive environment that offers a competitive remuneration and benefits package.

The Role-

You will be supporting a wide range of clients on a breadth of Structural Engineering projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. You will be working in all major construction materials, collaborating with other members of the team, such as CAD technicians. Similarly, you will be coordinating with other professionals as appropriate, including Contractors, and organise your time to ensure timely delivery of projects.

The Requirements-

Designs will be produced by hand calculation or using Design Software as appropriate to the nature and magnitude of the project and to underpin this you will be expected to have a good grasp of Engineering Principles.
Have a good understanding of technical design packages including Tekla, CADS and Tedds to support the design process.
Good organisational, planning and time management skills.
Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
Attention to detail.
The ability to work with others and within a team.
Aptitude to work on your own initiative.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good IT skills including a basic understanding of AutoCAD and Word.
Full driving licence and use of a car.
Commercial awareness.
