Paying up to £38,000 basic

Based on static site in the City

Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive maintenance is carried out to all client assets through operation of Planned Preventative Maintenance System. In particular with regards to the Water Management System (WMS).

Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times.

To understand the BMS systems associated with the water systems.

Undertake daily and less frequent tests and checks of the Water Systems in accordance with the Water Risk assessment and Written scheme for the WMS, escalating any issues to the site Management as necessary

To take the lead role in investigating, surveying and providing solutions to all Water systems related faults for all equipment maintained under the Optimum contract.

To attempt to provide site based solutions to all water systems related faults.

Ensure that all site test equipment is well maintained and in date for calibration.

Where required, ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out maintenance of the above plant.

Liaise with the Shift Leader & site team as necessary to ensure maximum plant availability, advising as necessary

Ensure that all plant are running/programmed to achieve maximum efficiency and energy performance, including a regular review of plant strategy to achieve optimisation of system.

Ensure that comprehensive maintenance records are completed in the form of job sheets.

Ensure all documentation both company and site, are fully maintained and up to date.

Produce quotes for extra works and projects

Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared, reviewed and utilised for all tasks (PPM's and reactive) carried out to ensure safe working practices.

Maintain the WMS COSHH log book.

To maintain & develop good client relationships.

Ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment.

Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's.

Ensure the Computer Based Maintenance system, is kept up to date and that PPM and reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured.

Competent at providing written reports including data analysis
