Geotechnical Engineer - Offshore projects

Location: Bristol
Salary - circa £35000 plus offshore uplifts
One of our marine and offshore clients is currently looking for Geotechnical Engineer to support offshore projects across the globe. This role requires someone who is currently familiar with offshore projects and standards.
As a Geotechnical Engineer your responsibilities will include (but limited to):
• Site Supervision and investigations
• Preparation for various laboratory testing of various geotechnical samples
• Production and reviewing of borehole logs
• Various geotechnical engineering including pile design, capacity calcs, and piling analysis
• Toolbox talks and training
Person Requirements:
• Degree in Geotechnical or Geological engineering
• Currently or previously working on offshore related projects
• Projects which include piling and advantage.
• Proficient with offshore testing equipment
• gINT software experience and Microsoft office suite.
