We are now on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager in our Southern Region who is ideally located close to the South Coast.

The responsibilities of the role include the following:

· Lead project team, assuring high levels of morale and motivation

· Provide operational direction to the project team

· Management of subcontract works packages

· Lead on implementation of HSQE strategies

· Oversee project programme

· Management of stakeholders

Are you the person we are looking for?

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

· Strong leadership skills

· Experience of managing multi-discipline project teams

· Strong contractual and commercial knowledge, particularly with the NEC form of contract

· Wide knowledge of construction techniques

· Business acumen and negotiating skills

Already experienced as a Project Manager, you will have a relevant industry qualification (HND/ HNC/ BEng) or equivalent and an up to date SMSTS qualification, and appropriate CSCS card. A CPCS crane appointed person, Temporary works Co-ordinator and NRSWA tickets would also be an advantage.
