Are you a Structural Engineer keen to be part of a top London design office where you can work alongside excellent architects?

Do you have 3-7 years of experience in structural design practice but would like something better?

Award winning Structural Design Consultancy is recruiting for their London office, based in the heart of the city. The company name is synonymous with engineering excellence and people love working here. Staff turnover is very low and morale is high.

You must have a strong CV demonstrating varied experience in a structural design practice, a passion for architecturally led work and a good academic background.

The office has over 150 staff but work in a team based in environment, with each team having its own projects, so although part of a bigger business, everyone gets to take responsibility, and no one gets lost. Work is very varied on all types of buildings structures in all materials, with a good mix of small and larger projects. All engineers are encouraged to take responsibility for their work and training for Chartership is excellent here with a high pass rate, training time is allocated properly and fees paid.

The firm encourage a social feel, so an outgoing personality is a must for you to fit in here. A desire to progress and succeed is essential, as this firm always aim to promote from within and rarely recruit senior staff externally.
