Survey Manager - Civil Engineering

As Survey Manager you will be joining a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy with offices throughout the world. Due to on-going success and contract awards they have a requirement for a Survey Manager to join their civil engineering team in Belfast.

As Survey Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Manage a small team of Surveyors to ensure all required survey work is undertaken in a timely fashion.
A competent surveyor adept at conducting topographical surveys, aerial mapping and inspections, 3D laser scanning etc.
Promoting and managing health and safety within the team
Project and quality delivery; instilling a culture of continuous and innovation on projects
Client engagement; including business development and marketing of the team
Co-ordination with other disciplines within the company, working collaboratively with all staff to deliver excellence
Analysing data using plans, maps, charts and computer applications such as AutoCAD
Presenting the data to clients.To be considered for the role you will have:

Experience in a similar Survey Manager / Senior Land Surveyor role.
A third level qualification in a relevant engineering discipline such as civil engineering.
Ability to interpret survey results and present the data to clients.
Proficient in the use of AutoCAD.
Working towards ICES and/or RICS would be beneficial but not essential.
