The passion and commitment shown by every member of their team allows us to succeed in their mission statement - "To deliver consistently high-quality service to customers to earn their long-term loyalty".
Our client is looking for someone with a proven background managing large scale utility projects. You will hold Prince 2 or equivalent and a minimum of an ONC/BETC in an electrical technical discipline along with SMSTS, EUSR, IOSH and NRSWA Supervisor.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career and join a company that has been recognised as a Great Place to Work®.
Responsibilities will include -
* Successfully deliver assigned projects throughout the Project Life Cycle from Customer Order receipt, planning, construction and build stages of the project, through to final adoption of the assets.
* Close co-ordination of all activities with the Customer and other third parties, such as Local Authorities.
* Delivery of the projects within project budget estimates including time and cost.
* Management of Direct Teams, Contractors and Supervisors and liaison with the Regional Management Team in the execution of the work, including other CE's, SCE's, Commissioning teams and Regional Manager.
* Carry out forward planning to identify and recruit future resource
* Motivate staff and contractors to deliver high quality work in a consistent manner.
* Work closely with Resource Managers to develop project programmes to fully meet customer requirements.

Along with a rewarding working environment they offer a competitive starting salary, pension and life assurance. They offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (plus the opportunity to purchase more through their flexible benefits scheme), corporate perks (reduced cinema tickets and discounts at high street shops), wellbeing assistance (24-hour helpline and counselling service) and a social calendar with events taking place throughout the year
