We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legionella Water Hygiene Engineer to join our engineering team in. As Legionella Water Hygiene Engineer you will be responsible for delivering water hygiene maintenance services to several of our clients in Milton Keynes, Luton, Stevenage, Slough, Reading, Northampton, Oxford and the surrounding areas.

Reporting to the Regional Supervisor your key responsibilities as Legionella Water Hygiene Engineer are:

Conduct ACOP L8 HSG274 part 2 compliance related work

*

TMV Fail Safe Testing & Calibration and Servicing

*

Flushing & Testing of Expansion Vessels

*

Shower cleaning and descaling

*

Domestic Monitoring

*

Annual Tank Inspections

*

Closed Systems Testing / Analysis

*

Unvented Cylinders

*

Air Conditioning Systems - Sampling, Inspecting & Cleaning

*

Population of Assets into system

Required Skills:

*

Previous exposure to the Legionella Water Hygiene sector either in a supervisory, operating, or administrative role

*

Building effective relationships with on-site clients

*

Excellent organisation and time keeping skills working to deadlines

*

Clear and confident communication skills

*

Standards, systems, procedures, and process focused

*

Self-motivated, using own initiative, desire to learn and achieve

*

City & Guilds Legionella Awareness, City & Guilds Legionella in Hot and Cold Water systems or a vocational training course relating to Water Hygiene

*

A full Clean Driving License is required for this position

This role will on occasion, require you to work for our customers in the care industry. As such, you will be required to hold a valid Covid Passport to be considered for the position.
