Are you a Structural Engineer with approximately 2 - 3 years design experience? This well established, mid-sized Engineering Consultancy is seeking an aspiring and enthusiastic Structural Engineer who is on the approach to intermediate level with ideally a solid 2 - 3 years of consulting design experience gained.
This role presents a fabulous career path, a diverse range of interesting and challenging design schemes set across the commercial, industrial, residential and conservation sectors, a strong team of design professionals to offer guidance and support, in-house training and the support of a strong Senior Leadership and HR Team to encourage your personal growth and development.
Ideally applicants will possess:
A solid educational background alongside a Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Ideally approximately 2-3 years of post-graduate experience as a Graduate Structural Engineer within a consulting environment; applicants with more or less experience are also fully encouraged to apply
Experience of producing structural calculations in all common build materials for the likes of beams, columns, slabs, foundations etc.
At a stage of career whereby you are possibly moving towards working a little more independently on smaller / mid-sized projects under the guidance of a Senior Engineer
Confidence in communicating within your team as well as to external design team members
