The Company
First People Solutions are currently recruiting a Site Engineer for a contract position for our well established Civils client to work on a Water Project for up to 5 months. Our client deliver a variety of Projects across the UK and are looking for someone on a long term contract basis.
The Job
Working closely with the Site Manager to ensure planning/programming are adhered to.
Setting out lines and levels
Handling immediate technical queries on site and taking necessary action accordingly.
Implementing instruction and direction from the Site Manager
Ensuring all paperwork is managed and kept secure on all site matters.This is a full time, contract position.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience in Water / Civils projects and setting out experience. You must also have:
Experience working with a Civils contractor
An eye for detail
Demonstrable Civils background
Experience working on Water Projects
Organisation and task management aptitude
Communication and relationship building skills
