As a Contracts Manager youll be
Overseeing all aspects of site management, ensuring your projects are running efficiently, effectively, profitably and safely
Managing all plant, labour and material on sites
Support the board in developing new clients and maintaining service to existing clients, securing the long-term future of the company.
Work with the commercial team on cost advice, unexpected works, understand the tender and agreed standards
Liaise with clients staff to provide effective delivery of projects and develop long lasting relationships.
Work to develop, mentor and train others.
