Working from home Initially, office-based, however, once workload management has been proven, flexibility will be given to work up to 2 days a week from home

Role Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience
- Degree in mechanical engineering or similar
- Solid working Knowledge of FEA packages, preferably Hyper works and Abaqus
- familiarity of CAD packages
- Strong knowledge of explicit non-linear, Abaqus or LS-Dyna
Desirable
- Experience in Analysis of composite structures
- Passenger vehicle safety and crash analysis
- CREO experience if possible, but not essential
Responsibilities
- Preparation of FEA models from supplied CAD
- Understand, design and implement loads and boundary conditions
- Post process analysis results and interpret them in relation to the needs of the project
- Conceive design improvements and presentation to customer
- Project reports
