Introduction…
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join a leading Water & Waste Management Company. This role is based in Oxfordshire and you'll be involved with providing innovative solutions to improving current market offerings.
Roles & Responsibilities
As the Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Providing technical support for all export sales, including assessing competency & guidance for distributors.
Undertake design & proposals activity.
Ensure components are appropriately selected and that they are designed to meet the scope requirements.
Produce accurate costing sheets & proposal documents.
Participate in internal management reviews of proposals.
Assist the BDM within the sales process.
Provide technical guidance during project kick-off meetings.
Provide on & off site support as & when required.
Assist with ISO audits.
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
At least five years technical work experience, ideally in water purification systems.
HND or Degree qualified
Proven planning & organisation skills.
