Responsibilities:
• Managing the project from the beginning to the final handover to the client.
• Site management: manage subcontractors by monitoring performance against contract targets and instigating any necessary corrective actions.
• Managing cost, quality and time
• Material orders and follow up logistical procedures and strict deadlines
• Accurate project administration
• Ensure a working environment on site that meets Health & Safety policies and legislation
• Finding valued engineering solutions where possible
• Check drawings • Liaise with clients Qualifications:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent to BSc Level 6 qualification.
• SMSTS Card, First Aid
• Ability to control and drive site operations throughout the construction process
• Excellent English knowledge is essential
• 2 years' experience gained in similar role preferred but recent graduates will be considered as well
• Team player and customer -oriented
• Advanced communication and negotiation skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Flexible, motivated personality
• Ability to work efficient independently
• IT Literate - MS office, Emails, read Drawings What we offer:
