Our client, an independent civil engineering and construction contractor, require a Project Co-Ordinator to support the Project Team, making sure that all administration tasks and company- initiatives are delivered successfully and to the company high standards.

Based on multiple projects as sole administration support for their Project Team you will be required to maintain professional working relationships and communicate for and on behalf of the team by providing efficient, effective, timeless support in delivering high performing projects.

Main Duties:

  • Collating data for labour, allocating timesheets and weekly payroll submission. Supporting HR with new starters.
  • Processing plant hire, off hires, purchase and operated hire, repairs and exchanges to support project need.
  • Raising material requests where required actioning unmatched invoice reports and delivery queries.
  • Updating the environmental waste management register, managing documentation and where required issue clients with environmental data in line with legislation.
  • Manage health and safety register of employee training competencies to meet company standards.
  • Compile reports for commercial team and project team
  • General administrator and Ad-hoc administration duties for project team

About You:

  • Collaborative, and confident to ask questions and challenge where needed
  • Interactive to participate in project meetings and interacting with the project team to understand projects.
  • Good with processes and ability to proactively resolving issues before they arise.
  • Flexible to work to project conditions and across multiple projects.
  • Good time management and prioritising tasks, managing workflow and deadlines.
  • Good IT Skills

Salary/Benefits:

Salary £25,000-£28,000 + Benefits
