Project Analyst

The primary function of an employee in this class is to perform complex, continuous analysis and administrative work associated with project costs, project funding, budget expenditures and budget impact information on projects in the Capital Improvements Program. Work requires considerable attention to a variety of details.  This position monitors, reviews and formulates processes and procedures as they relate to process improvement for requesting engineering support services; presents workshops and demonstrations on engineering support services procedures and project accounting workflow; performs financial tracking and reporting for the Capital Improvements Program and associated projects.  An employee in this class may be assigned to other accounting and financial analysis duties.
