Pure energy (REGen) Limited is searching for a reliable, detail-orientated Electrical Project Engineer to join our team in Dundee.
The Electrical Project Engineer's responsibilities include reviewing all engineering design plans, performing electrical calculations, liaising with technical partners and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analysing technical drawings, interpreting client specifications, and determining the electrical requirements for a variety of allocated projects
- Managing and monitoring all assigned electrical projects
- Ensuring our Company health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to
- Complete quality assurance verification function on all electrical components for allocated projects
- Use software applications to produce electrical designs as applicable
- Analysing and approving various construction and engineering plans
- Diagnosing problems and troubleshooting equipment faults
- Responsible for ensuring all deadlines and budgetary requirements are met
- Maintain an awareness of the latest developments in electrical engineering as applied to the renewable energy sector
- Liaising with technical partners as well as clients to ensure overall customer satisfaction
Required Experience:
- BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project management of LV/HV electrical systems
- Previous experience within the Power Generation/Renewable Energy sector
- Experience with LV / HV 3 phase power systems and Distribution Transformer installations
- 18th edition wiring regulations
- Experience with AutoCAD software or equivalent, cable system design, and MS Office
- A proven understanding of health and safety regulations
- A valid full UK driver's licence
- Prepared to travel for extended periods within the role
