Static Fabric/Water Tech Engineer
Location: Stand
Salary up to £28,000 per annum
Temp to Perm
Working for a Leading facilities maintenance company on a high-profile Contract as a Fabric/water Tech in Central London
Duties to include but not limited too;
Ideal candidate would have:
A DBS Check would be needed due to the nature of the contract.

Working for a Leading facilities maintenance company on a high-profile Contract as a Fabric/water Tech in Central London
Duties to include but not limited too;
- To carry out Pre Planned/ Reactive Maintenance work
- To carry out plumbing work
- To carry out corrective fabric work
- To carry out reactive fabric work
- Ensure compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Team Leader
- Assist with all related Health & Safety matters
- Always ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general
Ideal candidate would have:
- Have Legionella awareness & Knowledge of TMV servicing
- Experience with water treatment
- Good Customer service skills
