Position is either a GS-0802-11/12 Civil Engineer Tech or a GS-0810-11/12 Civil Engineer performing construction administration on multi-million-dollar contracts supporting field offices spanning from Duluth, MN to Sault Ste. Marie Michigan south to the border of Michigan and Indiana.  Primary construction will support both Civil Works and Military projects in the area of responsibility.  Contracts will focus on implementation of navigation, flood management, and infrastructure projects.
