Senior Structural Engineer/ Associate Structural Engineer is sought to join this small, friendly and innovative London practice. There is the possibility to grow with the business and there could be a potential Directorship in the future for the right candidate.

There are currently 4 staff, with a wide range of work in residential, education, health, commercial, community and domestic sectors. Projects average £3-7m but can go up to £40m in value.

You should have a extensive structural design experience in the buildings structures market and be able to design in all the main materials.

Candidate requirements: Technically competent; creative; enjoys the challenge of engineering; organised for themselves and able to manage others; willing to get involved at all levels to support colleagues; interested in helping the business to succeed; personable and keen to fit in to a small team and with their existing clients and contacts.

Benefits include pension, death in service benefit, cycle to work scheme and regular social events, 25 days' annual leave plus 3 extra days at Christmas. They currently work from the office 4 days per week.
