The Company

A Warrington based main contractor requires a Site Manager with Groundworks & Setting Out experience to work on a new build industrial unit on a large retail park.

The Role

Phase one of the project is initially heavy civils based so they are looking for somebody for a 24week period before handing the build (Phase 2) over to one of their internal Project Managers.

The Civil package is around £500K and you will be managing around 10-14 Operatives on site which is made up of cards in and Sub-Contractors. In addition to managing the project you will also be required to do some setting out duties.

About You

You will have an Engineering Degree or similar level qualification and must be able to read and understand the drawings. You will have a proven track record managing similar projects and also must supply references for your setting out work
