Putting it simply, this role involves managing a variety of civil engineering, infrastructure, and water resources projects. But there’s more; this role also offers opportunities to mentor junior-level staff while playing an active role in client relations and business development. This opportunity is well-suited for those looking to step into the next season of their engineering career.

• You have 10+ years of engineering design and project management experience related to civil infrastructure and water and/or wastewater systems; stormwater drainage and conveyance; rural and urban transportation systems; and civil site design You’re a Professional Engineer (P.E.) You value teamwork to achieve project goals, including mentoring junior-level staff You’re interested in playing an active role in helping grow the business by maintaining existing client relationships and building new ones You take pride in producing high-quality deliverables You have experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads Design, and/or related CAD programs You have experience with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling

This is a full-time position averaging 40-45 hours per week.
