Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Water Hygiene Service Engineer to join our passionate and driven team in Midlands (Mobile)!

Job Title: Water Hygiene Service Engineer

Contract: Permanent - Full time

Salary: Competitive

Location: Midlands (Mobile)

Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Main duties include carrying out service calls and pre planned maintenance of routine inspections on water systems to the relevant practical guidance (Temperature Monitoring, Shower/sprayhead cleaning, Tank inspections, TMV servicing, calorifier inspections).
  • Legionella Sampling.
  • Remedial works/mechanical experience/system surveys.
  • Ensure paperwork is correctly completed.
  • To ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the current industry guidance as well as working to the Approved code of practice L8, and practical guidance HSG274.
  • To provide a professional service and promote the business.
  • To take a pro-active approach to client liaison and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • To be fully aware of our contractual requirements and our customer needs at all times.

What we are looking for from you:
  • Experience in completing Water Hygiene PPM visits.
  • Experience in sampling from domestic systems.
  • Experience in Closed system sampling and on-site analysis advantageous.
  • Mechanical experience.
  • Knowledge and understanding of engineering operations and Risk evaluation within Critical Environments where Compliance is mandatory.
  • Sound technical and environmental awareness.
  • Have good understanding of Health & Safety issues.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • ECS/CSCS/Trade Card.
  • C&G training certification.
  • Customer focused.
  • Ability to recognise and report a non- conformance.
  • Willing to go through any type of clearance process.
