Our Opportunity
We are looking to appoint a Senior Civil Engineer to become part of our Urban Infrastructure team in Leicester. Youwill be responsible forthe design, management and delivery of a wide range ofroads anddrainage schemes for a long serving client within the residential sector.

Your key responsibilities within this role:
  • Manage asuccessfulclient relationship with a long-standing client of Pick Everard
  • Provideleadership to junior staff and technical support on assigned projects to ensure the successful delivery of key residential schemes

Working collaboratively with other disciplines, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of schemes, delivering technically challenging projects.

Our Civil Engineering discipline boast a supportive and collaborativeenvironment, and the successful engineer can expect hands-on guidance and prosperous career development.As we have adopted hybrid working, you can expect to find a balance of both home and office working.
About You
Essential Requirements:
  • Relevant degree from an ICE approved course

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in designing to client quality objectives and leading the delivery of residential roads and drainage schemes.

Key skills and experience we are looking for:
  • Confident liaising with new and existing clients
  • Experience in roads anddrainagedesign on a variety of projects from feasibility to delivery
  • Competency and awareness ofBIM and coordinated 3D design and familiarity with computer programs such as Civil 3D, Microdrainage and AutoCAD
  • Strong commercial awareness, and confident dealing with and fulfilling client requirements
  • Experience managing complex projects, using resources from both local and regional teams
  • Highway design specialisms, such as drainage and traffic signals desirable
  • Enthusiasticteam player with an inquisitivenature
