Design Engineer - Leading Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor

SSA are currently recruiting for a multi-disciplines Civil Engineering contractor who specialise in heavy civils & utility works across the UK. They have projects with the likes of Thames Water, Network Rail, High Speed 2, National Grid & Thames Tideway
The role will involve preparing and checking detailed designs (including calculations, drawings, risk assessments etc); providing technical information and proposing alternative solutions; liaising with customers, suppliers, clients, and other third parties; and undertaking reviews of defects, method statements, & compensation events amongst other duties.
They are able to offer an excellent training & developmnent programme on top of a competitive salary & package. The role will be within a hybrid working pattern.
Essential:
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* UK experience in design engineering within civils, rail or utility works
