We are on the lookout for an experienced Civil Design Engineer who wants to work on high-profile and prestigious projects across the UK!
The successful Civil Design Engineer will be joining a dynamic, multi-disciplinary consultancy that offers engineering services to international clients. You will have the opportunity to work on large-scale strategic projects for some of the most recognised brands in the commercial sector.

The successful Civil Design Engineer can expect to learn from exceptionally talented Engineers who are experts in their industry. If you are working towards Chartered Engineer status, you can expect to receive the support and guidance needed to achieve this.
As the Civil Design Engineer, you will be responsible for;
Designing drainage using SuDs principles to satisfy current planning policy and Water Authority requirements
Modelling drainage networks using MicroDrainage design software
Working with PDS and Civils 3D on complex schemes
Produce the information and drawings necessary for sections 104, 106, 38 and 278 Agreements and handle the approval process by liaising with the necessary approving authorities
Carry out infrastructure design to comply with the relevant Building Regulations
Attending site and design team meetings Ideally, your skillset will include;
MEng/BEng accredited degree in Civil Engineering.
Extensive practical experience in civil engineering within a consultancy environment.
Well-versed in a range of software packages including AutoCAD, Windes, and Civil 3D.
Local knowledge of the Midlands construction market would be beneficial.
Experience taking large-scale projects from initial concept through appropriate approval processes to detailed design for construction.
Strong organisational and planning skills with a passion for sustainable design There is a competitive salary on offer to the Civil Design Engineer which will depend on experience and capabilities. The company also offer an attractive yearly bonus scheme which has been achieved consistently over the years.
