Hunter Global are recruiting for a STRUCTURAL ENGINEER for our prestigious client in Newark Nottinghamshire
Requirements: -
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Chartered Engineer or an Incorporated Engineer with membership of the ICE or IStructE.
* UK construction industry experience
* Experience of working in a variety of sectors:- residential, commercial, industrial, education, energy, leisure, retail and heritage projects for both private and public sector clients.
* Proficient in the structural design and specification of buildings using all common construction materials and have experience of designing in accordance with Eurocodes and, preferably, also British Standards.
* Be able to manage a wide variety of projects across the UK, including the design of building structures primarily, but also earth retaining structures, flood defences, as well as carrying out structural inspections and writing inspection reports.
* Proficient in the use of modern 3D analysis and design software and preferably be AutoCAD literate (experience with Revit would also be beneficial but is not essential)
