Senior Quantity Surveyor Civil Engineering North East

PSR is working with a National Civil Engineering main contractor that has secured a significant project in the local area. We have been asked to source Senior Quantity Surveyors to be part of the project teams. Our client is a highly reputable contractor that undertakes projects across the UK, from £5m to over £100m in value. The project is due to be in construction until 2025.

Candidates are expected to have experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor working for a civil engineering major contractor. Projects undertaken include but not limited to roads, structures and infrastructure upgrades. You will benefit from working for a contractor that has an interesting and diverse portfolio of clients.

Duties Include:

Procurement and letting of sub-contract packages
Sub-contract account management
Monthly valuations and variations
Internal liaison
Sound communication skills required
